Seek the Voice, Not the Echo

How to Move a Vision to Reality

I frustrate myself by expecting more of me than the Father does! I'll explain...

Let’s dig in,

The Envisioner’s Dispatch: Releasing the Blueprints

Issue No. 1 | Cultivating Visions for the Common Good

The Role of a "Seer of Ideas"

Many people associate the word "Seer" with the prophetic, and this is a proper use of the word, but I use it in a more practical, architectural sense. I see utility, potential, and connection. My role is not necessarily to be the hands and feet that build every structure, but to be the eyes that see where the structures belong.

Knowing what part of the body we are is relevant and vital to expanding the kingdom of God. When we know our part, our portion, we can settle in and apply who He has created us to be.

Much like my work with the Pontis Agricultural Training Center, I’ve realized my primary assignment is to capture, encourage, and release. I am a steward of "What If," providing the sparks that others are meant to carry into the flame.

Current Visions On the Horizon

Identifying the hidden spiritual movements.

Here are the ideas currently seeking a home and a team. If any of these resonate, they may be yours to carry:

  • The Widows & Single Mothers Initiative: A project designed to move beyond simple charity toward sustainable community and empowerment.

  • The Principle of Multiplication: A strategic approach to Kingdom growth that focuses on exponential impact rather than linear addition.

  • Activating Northern California: A specific vision for a town in NorCal to unlock its latent creativity, transforming it into a hub for innovation.

  • The Ephesians 4:11-13 Mandate: Understanding why the "equipping of the saints" is the most vital administrative engine we have in the modern day.

"To equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body..." — Ephesians 4:12

From Vision to Administration: The Hand-Off

The hardest part of being an Envisioner is letting go. I have to check myself often when first understanding an insight. My desire is to put that insight/vision into action. I often feel that I don't have ownership in a vision if I'm not directly involved in fulfilling it. However, a vision that stays in my head is just a dream; a vision released to a builder becomes a reality. The Father has proven this to me through many opportunities!

Over the coming months in 2026, I plan to add this section to the monthly newsletter to help readers discover how to administer a vision. I'll begin with my portion.

How to Release a Vision:

  1. Articulate the Core: Strip the idea down to its most basic "Why." If a builder doesn’t understand the room's purpose, they can’t choose the right materials.

  2. Identify the "Builder": Look for those with the gift of administration (the "pilots") who get excited by fulfilling or activating a vision.

  3. The Permission to Pivot: When you release a vision, you must give the Builder permission to adapt it. A blueprint on paper often needs a slight adjustment once the shovel hits the dirt.

  4. The Support Role: As the Seer, my job shifts from "Designer" to "Encourager." You remain the keeper of the "North Star" when the project gets bogged down in the mud.

Let’s Build Together

I am not looking to manage these projects or build a personal legacy. My focus is on providing the clarity and strategy required for others to take action. If you are a builder looking for a blueprint, or if one of these ideas aligns with your capacity, let’s get it into your hands.

NEXT MONTH’S LETTER2LEADERS: Join me as I introduce you to Hansel and Natalie Orzame and their podcast, Pastor and Wife. This episode focuses on micro communities. Not taking away from the larger gatherings, but suggesting that sustained faith comes from the micro community. Find out how easy it is to become part of a micro community and even host one.
